Certainly, development of a civilization is a great thing. But, unfortunately, it has some side effects. People in developed countries donâ??t have a necessity to produce lots of moves. We have cars, elevators, shops with ready food or even frozen food, which is the biggest enemy of beauty and health. As you know, beauty is tightly connected with health, itâ??s impossible to feel bad and look good. Also, when the whole organism is healthy, we have perfect skin, good figure, thick hair, beautiful happy face. But living with eating junk food and without physical activity leads to accumulation fat on the body and on the face. Everybody knows how to become slimmer. But how to lose face fat?
This is a tough question as the amount of fat on the face is determined by genetic code and is difficult to change it. It can be done only with a help of a complex of measures, consisting of facial exercises, massage, self-massage and a healthy lifestyle.
