According to science, it is almost impossible to realize human height growth naturally. However, this does not mean that you cannot add a few inches to your natural height, you actually can add through physical exercises and proper diet to trigger growth hormones. Here are a few tips on how to gain height after your body has naturally stopped growing higher.
a) Choose and actively take part in sporting activities that require height like basketball, volley, cycling, swimming and yoga. Heavy exercises like weight lifting may tone your muscles but will not contribute to your height.
b) Take foods rich in proteins and calcium to build your bones and tissues that boost vertical growth. The best source of calcium is fresh milk. You should take at least three glasses of milk every day.
c) Sleep horizontally for at least nine hours every night. Sleeping not only recovers the tired metabolism but it also allows the body ample horizontal environment to grow.
