Some experts say that in order to be free from this, you need to avoid getting into stressful situations. Then again, is that still possible? At work (pressure from your boss), on the streets (traffic), at the grocery (long lines and high prices) and even at the confines of your home (electricity, cable bills)! This is one good reason why more and more people are suffering from chronic tiredness. The only thing you can do now is to not let this overpower you. There are many ways in order for you to win this battle, but the first thing you really need to do is to identify your main stressors. Once you have that laid out, it can be a lot easier for you to come up with a solution.
